Currently no period yet with dd she is 7.5 weeks! If it's any concellation, with my last pregnancy it wasn't just a loss of symptoms that caused me concern, at just over 5 weeks i'd had some bleeding which got heavier followed by pain.

17/18/19 weeks here with exclusively breastfed boob monsters that cluster fed for hours. A baby who is suddenly hungrier and crankier than usual could be showing signs of a growth spurt. Too much nap time, or too little can cause wake ups.
It can sometimes be tied to specific causes, such as prematurity. Baby growth spurts are aplenty in those first sweet 12 months. Apart from this i give him salmon twice a week, chicken is a daily staple, so is bread & beef twice or thrice a week.
Before, she used to talk when people is talking to her , but after she turned for 4 months everything changed. In fact, the last period was brought on from 10 days of progesterone to reset my uterus per se after a 3 week long period. Monitor daily wake times to see if it helps with naps.

Although he is a fussy eater ever since he turned two, he does love broccoli & cheese & has these every day. Dc2 i was ready for it and they are still ebf (with solids) now at 8 months. What ages are your children?
If baby isn't uncomfortable or fussy, there's probably nothing to worry about.
